We give you several options for delivery so you can decide the shipping option that suits you best:
Free Delivery on Orders over £40.00: Perfect if party is over 2 weeks away. This is a standard delivery and can take up to 5- 7working days to arrive from dispatch. UK MAINLAND ONLY
For Highlands please allow an extra day on all the services.
Working Days are Mon –FRI Only excluding Sat and Sun and Bank Holidays. Most orders are dispatched within 72 hours (Mon-Fri)

- You can have goods delivered to a different address from Billing.
- For Next Day Delivery orders must be received by 1PM for same Day Dispatch.
- Gift Baskets, Nappy Cakes and Personalised items can take 3-4 days unless otherwise stated. However, we do TRY to get them out the same day for Next Day deliveries.
- Once we dispatch your order we are in the hands of third parties and cannot be held responsible for their services.
- Please note the courier companies will NOT call any telephone numbers when delivering parcels.
- Please note we are in the hands of 3rd parties when delivering and occasionally a next day maybe delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
International Deliveries:
We can delivery to most destinations and many countries will need to send us an email to get a confirmation of delivery charges as it will be weight dependant. If you do not see a shipping cost option you will need to email us to get a shipping rate. If your parcel is small enough i.e you are ordering invites, or a small decoration piece we maybe are able o send via Royal Mail International which could significantly reduce your costs so it a quick email to us we can advise. (This service is non trackable once it leaves the UK, if on the rare occasion it does not arrive we cannot be held responsible). Returns & Refund Policy:
1. Please return any unwanted items in their original packaging and send back to us at the following address:

2. Please obtain proof of postage.
3. Please include your invoice and a short reason for return.
4. Once we have the items back we will refund the money back on to your card
5. Email Confirmation will be sent to confirm refund has been done.
6. We cannot refund any Postage Cost or any personalisations.
7. If your order qualified for Free Delivery but after returning the goods the order value falls below the free delivery threshold we will charge £3.95 for the Delivery, which will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
8. Goods must be returned within 28 days of receiving the order. All returned items must be in their original packaging unopened and unused
9. An order dispatched to the specified address and the recipient fails to accept the delivery after 3 attempts by the courier company and the order is then returned back to us by them, this will incur a delivery charge of £7.95 to cover our costs that we incur for the return.
10. If you need to cancel your order and it has already been dispatched. We will charge £3.00 admin fee for costs incured by us to process the return. We will not be able to refund any personalisations or any cost of delivery. If your order was over £55.00 and you had free delivery the cost of £3.95 will also be applied to the order.

12. VAT Refunds :
All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items, regardless of the address for delivery. For deliveries to the EU, this price includes VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the current rate. Although this price is the same for deliveries outside the EU, where VAT (or VAT equivalent) may not be applicable, customers are not entitled to any discount or refund to account for the differences in tax treatment and will pay the same price for the item as a customer placing an order for delivery to the EU. Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, may vary for each customer.
