Free Delivery Orders over £55.00
Orders Over £55.00 are Free of charge to the UK only via Standard Delivery at £3.95. If you need Guaranteed Next Day or 48 hrs service Delivery please select this during Checkout and a charge of £6.95 or £5.95 will be added to your order. The package will need a signature on arrival please ensure there is someone there to sign for the parcel. UK only

Party over 3 weeks away Standard Delivery £3.95 UK
All delivery to the UK is £3.95 for second Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery 3-5 working days. Please note this is an estimation and it could take longer. All orders placed before 1PM will be dispatched the same day. Please note personalisations can take up to 24Hrs. Pleae call 01225 819988 to check. We always do our best to accomodate any special requests. Any orders placed on friday after 1pm will be dispatched on Mon. A signature will be required on delivery Please ensure a person will be in to recieve the parcel. We can dispatch to work addresses

Party 2  weeks away 1st Class Delivery UK £4.95

Please allow between 1-3 working Days for Delivery on our £4.95 service. Please note this is an estimation given by Royal mail and it can take longer. The package will need a signature on arrival please ensure there is someone there to sign for the parcel. UK only.

Less than 2 Days To the Party? Guaranteed Next Day Service (Mon-Fri) £6.95
This is charged at £6.95  your order will arrive by 5:30 PM the following day. Please note that all orders for this service MUST be recieved by 1PM to be guaranteed for the following day. Any orders later than this will be dispatched the following day. Please call to check as there are occassions if you place the order later than 1pm we can dispatch that day.  Please note any orders placed on Friday Royal Mail cannot guarantee a Next Day delivery. The package will need a signature on arrival please ensure there is someone there to sign for the parcel. UK only

Less than 4 Days to the Party? 48 Hours Delivery service (Mon-Fri) £5.95
This is charged at £5.95 and is available Mon-Fri only Deliveries are made between 9-5:30pm. So if you place your order on a Thursday before 1PM the item will be dispatched the same day to arrive on Monday as Sat and Sun are not a working day. Any orders placed after 1PM will be dispatched on the Friday to arrive on the Tuesday. A signature is required on delivery please ensure someone is in to sign for the parcel. UK mainland service Only

Saturday Delivery £8.95
We can offer a delivery on Saturday if orders are placed on a Friday by 1pm. There will be a charge of £8.95 you will recieve your parcel by 1PM on Saturday UK only, we cannot dispatch nappycakes, lawnsigns or pinata sticks on this service due to the weight and size of box. If you would like these items please call us on 01225 819988 and we can advise of the cost.

Europe & Worldwide
All orders to Europe and the rest of the world are based on different rates which you can see during checkout. If your parcel is heavier and the postage cost is higher we will inform you before dispatch for the difference to be paid. Please call or email us in advance so we can give you a cost before you place your order. We do not offer a next day service to Europe and Worldwide. Please allow at least 10 working days for delivery. In some cases longer due to regional postal services and custom hold ups. Please note some countries if you do not get a shipping option then please call us on 00 44 1225 819988 as your parcel shipping cost will be weight dependant.

Unsigned for items returned to us

If Items are returned to us as no one was in to recieve them we will have to charge the same  postage fee for the return that is incured by us.

 When are Orders dispatched?
All orders are dispatched the same day if placed by 1PM on a working day if products are out of stock we will contact  you. Only Items that need personalisation we will turn these around within 24hrs. We will inform you if there will be any further delay. Nappy cakes are made to order so may take 48 hrs. Although most of nappy cakes can be turned around within 24 hrs. If they are out of stock we will let you know via emails when the order will be dispatched. Please note any orders placed after 1pm do not count that day then as a dispatch day it will be the following day.

If you need to return an item.
If you are not entirely happy with any purchase from babyshowerhost.co.uk, we will be pleased to refund the purchase price. (Please note Postage Cost is non refundable or any personalised items). This is provided the items are returned to us undamaged, in full working order and in the same packaging unopened in which it was dispatched, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please keep proof of posting in case goods are lost in the post. Simply email sales@babyshowerhost.co.uk together with the reference number of the order from your confirmation e-mail. Return the item back to our warehouse at the following address. (Please ensure you obtain proof of posting. A refund will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account):
